Boyd Gaming Completes New Bank Credit Facility

Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) today announced that it has completed its new $4 billion revolving credit facility. The new bank line replaces the Company’s existing credit facility. Boyd Gaming will use the proceeds to finance development initiatives and other general corporate purposes, and will benefit from reduced interest costs and greater financial flexibility.
