Citi Launches Global Banking Service

Citibank Korea Inc (CKI) today announced the launch of an online “Global Banking Service” (GBS) that enables CKI customers to enjoy easy and convenient access to account information and Citi products and services, no matter where they are in the world.
With the new GBS platform, customers can customize their homepage according to language and commonly used services and products. Some of the services that can be accessed include:
* International cash card
* Overseas account opening services
* Overseas credit card issuance service
* Citi Global Account Transfer Service – a real-time remittance service
* Overseas Emergency Cash Assistance Service
Targeting Korean students studying overseas, the site includes additional information related to immigration, education and travel.
