Indosoft Inc., developers of Q-Suite, a leading Call Center ACD Software for Asterisk, today announced the successful configuration of a distributed contact center operation for East-European Communication Services (EECS). By adding another remote Asterisk telephony server to their existing contact center operation powered by Q-Suite, EECS has successfully scaled and achieved a geographically distributed setup with operations in two locations, at Kiev and Zhitomir. The Call Center ACD and Dialer for both locations is centrally managed and controlled by the single instance of Q-Suite at Kiev.
